What if my gymnast can't attend because they're sick?

Gymnasts may make up a maximum of one class per session. Make-ups must be completed by the end of the registered session and scheduled in advance with the office starting in week 2. We recommend scheduling as soon as possible as spots become limited toward the end of the session. Make-ups cannot be transferred to another session or gymnast. No credits or refunds are given for missed classes. Special for Summer 2025 Session 6: Unlimited make-up classes are available! Make-ups must be scheduled one at a time and spots are based on availability. If a gymnast no-shows more than twice without notifying our Customer Care Team no additional make-ups will be issued.
