What should my gymnast wear?

Gymnasts ages 5 and older should wear a one-piece leotard. Form-fitting shorts and shirts are also acceptable. For safety reasons please avoid baggy or loose-fitting clothing jeans and pants or shorts with belts or buckles. Shooting Stars and Galaxy Team members are required to wear a one-piece leotard to all practices. Tumbling and Trampoline gymnasts must wear socks or trampoline shoes. All hair should be tied back away from the face. Jewelry fitness trackers and watches are not permitted.
