Parties do not have exclusive access to the entire gym. Although there are no concurrent classes, other activities such as competitive team practices may take place in different areas of the gym. Occasionally, there may be simultaneous events like parties scheduled, but be assured, guests are never in the gym at the same time.
Silver Stars may be open even if schools are closed due to inclement weather, an extraordinary event or circumstances beyond its control. If the gym is closed, there will be a notification on the website -www.gosilverstars.com- stating that we are closed. Should Silver Stars Gymnastics have to temporarily close due to inclement weather, an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond its control, customers will receive a credit for all unused tuition that will be good for two full calendar years and can be used towards any Silver Stars activity.
Your party hosts are always grateful for all tips in cash or credit card as they work hard to make your party a stress-free event.
Payment of the balance is due at the conclusion of the party and is accepted in the form of cash or credit card. We do not accept personal checks or business checks. Sun & Stars Parties requires an additional $25 per child charge for over 16 children including siblings and the birthday child with a maximum of 20 per party. Galaxy Parties require an additional $25 per child charge for over 26 children including siblings and the birthday child with a maximum of 30 per party. All parties must confirm the number of guests attending by the Monday prior to your party.
Notification to Silver Stars must be made via email before 8am of the party date for a ‘sick cancellation’ policy to apply. We will issue a credit minus a $60 sick cancellation fee to be used towards any Silver Stars activity (including class, camp, Kids' Night Out, open gym, clinic or birthday party) that will be good one year from the date of your original purchase. There are NO REFUNDS given at any time.
You will be charged the entire cost of your party if you cancel within 14 days of your party. Any date or time change must be requested 30 days prior to your party date in order for your deposit to transfer to the new date or time and there will be a $35 switch fee in addition to all party costs. Cancellations, date or time changes within 30 days of your party date will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Notification to switch party dates must be made via email. There are NO REFUNDS given at any time.
For parties using an auction certificate, a $100 deposit is required to reserve your event. Any date or time change must be requested 30 days prior to your party date in order for your deposit to transfer to the new date or time and there will be a $35 switch fee in addition to all party costs. Cancellations, date or time changes within 30 days of your party date will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. After your party, any remaining balance from your deposit, after applying charges for add-ons, upgrades, or extra guests, will be refunded to your credit card.

Any date or time change must be requested 30 days prior to your party date in order for your deposit to transfer to the new date or time and there will be a $35 switch fee in addition to all party costs. Cancellations, date or time changes within 30 days of your party date will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Prices effective 8/1/23.
Parties are available at select times on Saturdays and Sundays by reservation only.
A Silver Stars Party is just as much fun for two children as it is for one child. All of the party details are the same, 16 kids, 2 instructors and 1 hour & 30 minutes of party time. We ask that you email birthdayparties@gosilverstars.com with the date/time of the party, name of each party child, each responsible adult and phone number. We ask that one parent be responsible for the payment at the end of the party.
Only the Birthday child's parents & grandparents are permitted in the gym area. You are welcome to photograph or videotape while the supervised activity is occurring. We ask that you take off your shoes and place them in the cubbies. All other parents may view the party from the lobby area. Parents of children ages 4 and under are permitted in the gym area (please take off your shoes and place them in the designated area before entering the gym).
It is best to have your guests bring the waiver with them, as your guests cannot enter the party area until the waiver is complete. However, we have waivers available at each location which can be filled out by a parent or guardian upon arrival.
Utilizing the personalized email invitations enables your guests to confirm their attendance at your event. If any guests decline the invitation, you will receive individual emails notifying you of their regrets. The list of attending guests will include all individuals who have successfully completed the digital waiver. To view this list, go to your profile page, navigate to the ‘Your Child’s Birthday Party’ section, and select ‘RSVP’—there you'll find a comprehensive list of your attending guests.
Your custom email invitations include the necessary waiver for all attendees. If you prefer using an alternative invitation source or need to access the link to the waiver, you can direct your guests to your unique waiver by utilizing the provided link. On your profile page, in the ‘Your Child’s Birthday Party’ section, select ‘Waiver,’ and your exclusive waiver link will appear. Copy and paste this link to share with your guests.
Upon completing your deposit, you will gain access to your personalized digital invitations. These invitations contain comprehensive details about your party, including the necessary waiver for all attendees. Simply log in to your "My Profile" page, navigate to the ‘Your Child’s Birthday Party’ section, and choose ‘Create Invitation.’ Your RSVP Contact Information will automatically fill in. All you have to do is input your guests' names and email addresses, and then click the ‘Save and Send’ button. This invitation allows guests to conveniently RSVP to your party. If you prefer using an alternative invitation source, you can direct your guests to your unique waiver by utilizing the provided link. On your profile page, in the ‘Your Child’s Birthday Party’ section, select ‘Waiver,’ and your exclusive waiver link will appear. Copy and paste this link to share with your guests.
Your first 60 minutes will be spent in the gym area, and access to the party room will be granted approximately 40 minutes into your party while guests are still in the gym. Meanwhile, you can leave personal items and presents in the lobby area until the room is prepared.
Where should we place our things? Please arrive promptly, no more than 10 minutes before your party's start time. There will be a designated area in our lobby for your party guests' presents, coats and shoes. Kindly await the staff to escort the children into the gym.
We welcome all guests with special needs but our party instructors are not special needs instructors. We ask the parents of special needs children to stay during the party. Please let us know if any of your guests have special needs during your confirmation call.
Our Gym and Party areas are bright and busy. Additional decorations are unnecessary. We cannot accommodate pinatas at either location. We do not recommend balloons because the ceiling is too high and the balloons, even with weights, rise and we cannot retrieve them.
The party coordinator will call you the week leading up to your party to confirm:

● Moon bounce inclusion
● Special needs guests
The moon bounce is available for all Star & Galaxy Parties. You can order the moon bounce at the time you book your party or during your confirmation call.
Can I add items to the Goodie Cups? Goodie cups contain up to 4 assorted toy items only, no candy and gender neutral. We select the toys based on the age of the Birthday child. Additional items may be added by our staff, but must be brought in prior to your party day.
Any food brought, including cake, must be store bought. We do not allow for any food to be delivered to our location. We cannot heat or chill any food. Electric food warmers and chafing dishes are not permitted. NO OUTSIDE PIZZA ALLOWED. Please keep additional refreshments to a minimum. All food and drink must stay in the designated refreshment area. No hot beverages or alcohol allowed.
Plain cheese pizza for the children can be added to all party pizza packages for an additional $30 for the Sun or Star Party, or for an additional $50 for the Galaxy Party. Extra pizzas can be added, as well. Please let our party coordinator know you would like to add pizza in your confirmation email.
You, the party host, supply the cake. We require that the cake be store bought. We supply the candles, plates, forks and knife to cut the cake for the children.
Sun and Stars Parties have 2 instructors who lead your party start to finish. They engage the children in party activities and serve your guests refreshments. Galaxy Party has 3 instructors who lead your party start to finish. They engage the children in party activities and serve your guests refreshments.
We include all paper products, candles, juice for children, knives for cutting food and Goodie Cups.
We find that 1 hour & 30 minutes is the perfect amount of time for the children. If you want to add an additional 30 minutes it can be added to the last party of the day. Please email with your request birthdayparties@gosilverstars.com or call 301-589-0938.
Silver Stars Parties are 1 hour & 30 minutes. The first hour is gym time and then 30 minutes for refreshments in our refreshment area. Our parties start on time and end on time to allow for cleaning and disinfecting of the party area. We cannot extend time due to late arrivals.
