Register for Kids’ Night Out

Drop off your kids for an evening of non-stop action at Silver Stars! While we're known for teaching expert gymnastics skills, Kids Night Out is all about free play and pure enjoyment. Children explore trampolines, balance beams, rope climbing, and every piece of equipment in the gym—at their own pace, on their own terms.

If the gym is closed, there will be a notification on the website -www.gosilverstars.com- stating that we are closed. Should Silver Stars Gymnastics have to temporarily close due to inclement weather, an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond its control, customers will receive a credit for all unused tuition that will be good for two full calendar years and can be used towards any Silver Stars activity

If your kid’s behavior compromises the safety and enjoyment of the other kids in Kids’ Night Out, we will ask that your kid not return to Silver Stars Gymnastics. These behaviors, as determined by the instructor, include but are not limited to: excessive pushing and hitting, biting, and/or impulsive behavior that endangers the safety of themselves or others. Most importantly your kid must be able to follow directions. Please be aware that the Kids’ Night Out environment can be noisy and very stimulating which may affect some kid’s behavior

We do not offer payment plans or financial assistance. All activities must be paid in full up front before participation.

All paperwork and payments must be completed before your kid is allowed to attend Kids’ Night Out. Any special instructions, medical forms, etc. must be dropped off at the beginning of Kids’ Night Out. No kid will be allowed in unless all forms and payments are completed.

Notification to Silver Stars must be made via email before 5pm of the Kids’ Night Out session. We will cancel your Kids’ Night Out registration and issue a full credit to be used towards any Silver Stars activity (including class, camp, Kids' Night Out, open gym, clinic or birthday party) that will be good one year from the date of your original purchase. No credits or refunds are given for Kids’ Night Out not attended. No refunds are given for cancellations of any activities.

We cannot be responsible for your kid’s attendance, so we do not pro-rate, refund or carry forward fees for missed Kids’ Night Out. Your kid must attend Kids’ Night Out at their registered location. No credits or refunds are given for Kids’ Night Out not attended. No refunds are given for cancellations of any activities.

We adhere to the Maryland State Camp Self Administration Medication Policies. If your kid receives medication or requires emergency medication during Kids’ Night Out (including but not limited to: prescription, over the counter, epi pen, inhaler), submit the Medication Administration Authorization Form (one form for each medication) signed by you and your doctor with the medication during arrival of Kids’ Night Out. Nonprescription medication must be in the original container with the instructions for use. Nonprescription medication includes vitamins, homeopathic, and herbal medicines. An adult must bring the medication to the Kids’ Night Out and give the medication to the front desk. All medicines and forms must be dropped off with the kid and picked up at the end of Kids’ Night Out. Adults must sign the Medication Final Disposition Form when picking up medication at the end of Kids’ Night Out. Any medication left after the completion of Kids’ Night Out will be destroyed.

We encourage parents to remain outside during drop off. We find separation is much harder if you walk them inside the lobby. During the program, we utilize every area of the facility, including the lobby area, for activities. Parents are not permitted to stay in the facility during Kids’ Night Out.

We are NOT responsible for lost items, so please do not allow kids to bring any valuables or money to Kids’ Night Out. Cell phones and other electronics are NOT permitted at Kids’ Night Out.

We are not a nut free facility. We cannot separate any individual kid due to food allergies. Please alert us to any allergies during your registration. Kids will not be permitted to share food brought from home.

Friends can participate as long as they are registered for Kids Night Out.

Class participation is not required to enjoy Kids’ Night Out.

Kids’ Night Out is appropriate for everyone. There is no gymnastics instruction during Kids’ Night Out and kids are allowed to play safely as they wish.

We prefer that kids ages 5 & older wear a one-piece leotard, however form-fitting shorts and shirts are acceptable. Baggy or loose-fitting clothes are not encouraged for safety reasons. We do not permit kids to wear jeans, or pants or shorts with belts or buckles. For younger kids that may have bathroom emergencies, please include an extra set of clothes. All hair must be tied up away from the face. We do not permit kids to wear jewelry, fitness trackers or watches.

Coaches will be monitoring kids to ensure behavior standards are met and all safety procedures are practiced. There is no gymnastics instruction during Kids’ Night Out.

Most of the gym is available to play on. We do not allow access to certain areas in the facility to ensure the safety of the kids and staff. Check with your facility for a list of restricted areas.

During the school year Kids Night Out is held every Saturday of the month. During the summer Kids Night Out is held every Friday of the month.

Kids Night Out is an opportunity for kids to come play on some of their favorite equipment. This program highlights all the fun of Open Gym, but as a drop-off program. Kids play freely, join in on games or tackle the moon bounce until 8pm when we break for dinner. After dinner, kids may continue playing on the gym equipment or watch a kid-friendly movie. Please send a bag dinner with your kid. Please write your kid’s first and last name on his or her bag. Please note, we do not provide refrigeration or a microwave for these meals. You can also purchase pizza dinner for your kid. Our dinner menu is as follows: 1 Slice of Pizza & Drink ($4), 2 Slices of Pizza & Drink ($6) and must be ordered at drop off or by 7pm.

Frequent visitor passes can only be used by children listed under the family account.

The cost for Open Gym is $12 per kid. You may also purchase a frequent visitor’s pass for $100 per family. Babies who are not yet walking are free.

Parents are required to remain inside the gym and participate in actively monitoring their own child to ensure behavior standards are met and all safety procedures are practiced. Parents are not permitted to climb on any gymnastics equipment.

Class participation is not required to enjoy Open Gym.

Our Open Gym is currently only designed for children ages 8 and under.

Much of the gym is available but we do rope off certain areas depending on staffing levels, such as the preschool gym, TumblTraks, certain trampolines, the ninja course and the lower gym. Contact the facility for specific details.

Open Gym is held Monday through Friday from 12-1pm during the school year with the exception of the following dates: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Memorial Day.

Open Gym is an opportunity for children to come play on some of their favorite equipment. A large section of our main gym is available for free play, including trampolines, rope swing, floor and bars. A parent or guardian must enter the gym with their child and supervise them for the duration.
