Explore Classes, Camps, and Events at Silver Stars
Kids' Night Out is just one of the many ways Silver Stars keeps children moving and having fun. If your child enjoys their evening with us, here are a few other options to explore:
Open Gym drop-in play on weekdays (available fall through spring).
From class schedules to what to wear, our FAQ section covers everything parents commonly ask. Save time and feel confident before your first visit—find the info you need in seconds.
If the gym is closed, there will be a notification on the website -www.gosilverstars.com- stating that we are closed. Should Silver Stars Gymnastics have to temporarily close due to inclement weather, an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond its control, customers will receive a credit for all unused tuition that will be good for two full calendar years and can be used towards any Silver Stars activity
If your kid’s behavior compromises the safety and enjoyment of the other kids in Kids’ Night Out, we will ask that your kid not return to Silver Stars Gymnastics. These behaviors, as determined by the instructor, include but are not limited to: excessive pushing and hitting, biting, and/or impulsive behavior that endangers the safety of themselves or others. Most importantly your kid must be able to follow directions. Please be aware that the Kids’ Night Out environment can be noisy and very stimulating which may affect some kid’s behavior
We do not offer payment plans or financial assistance. All activities must be paid in full up front before participation.
All paperwork and payments must be completed before your kid is allowed to attend Kids’ Night Out. Any special instructions, medical forms, etc. must be dropped off at the beginning of Kids’ Night Out. No kid will be allowed in unless all forms and payments are completed.
Notification to Silver Stars must be made via email before 5pm of the Kids’ Night Out session. We will cancel your Kids’ Night Out registration and issue a full credit to be used towards any Silver Stars activity (including class, camp, Kids' Night Out, open gym, clinic or birthday party) that will be good one year from the date of your original purchase. No credits or refunds are given for Kids’ Night Out not attended. No refunds are given for cancellations of any activities.
We cannot be responsible for your kid’s attendance, so we do not pro-rate, refund or carry forward fees for missed Kids’ Night Out. Your kid must attend Kids’ Night Out at their registered location. No credits or refunds are given for Kids’ Night Out not attended. No refunds are given for cancellations of any activities.
We adhere to the Maryland State Camp Self Administration Medication Policies. If your kid receives medication or requires emergency medication during Kids’ Night Out (including but not limited to: prescription, over the counter, epi pen, inhaler), submit the Medication Administration Authorization Form (one form for each medication) signed by you and your doctor with the medication during arrival of Kids’ Night Out. Nonprescription medication must be in the original container with the instructions for use. Nonprescription medication includes vitamins, homeopathic, and herbal medicines. An adult must bring the medication to the Kids’ Night Out and give the medication to the front desk. All medicines and forms must be dropped off with the kid and picked up at the end of Kids’ Night Out. Adults must sign the Medication Final Disposition Form when picking up medication at the end of Kids’ Night Out. Any medication left after the completion of Kids’ Night Out will be destroyed.
We encourage parents to remain outside during drop off. We find separation is much harder if you walk them inside the lobby. During the program, we utilize every area of the facility, including the lobby area, for activities. Parents are not permitted to stay in the facility during Kids’ Night Out.
We are NOT responsible for lost items, so please do not allow kids to bring any valuables or money to Kids’ Night Out. Cell phones and other electronics are NOT permitted at Kids’ Night Out.
We are not a nut free facility. We cannot separate any individual kid due to food allergies. Please alert us to any allergies during your registration. Kids will not be permitted to share food brought from home.
