What Gymnastics Classes Can Teens Take?

Silver Stars offers several gymnastics classes for teens, each tailored to different age ranges, skill levels, and interests.

Enrollment is monthly and ongoing - start any time, no need to wait for a new session cycle. Multi-class discounts available.

Asteroids 

Ages 11 - 14 Years
This 75-minute artistic gymnastics class is designed for beginner-to-intermediate athletes. Teens build skills, strength, flexibility, and coordination across all apparatus. Classes meet once per week.

Tumbling and Trampoline / TNT 

Ages 11 - 17 Years 
TNT classes focus on tumbling and trampoline technique, blending gymnastics and obstacle-style training to develop coordination, strength, endurance, and agility. This track is a great fit for teens who enjoy high-energy, dynamic movement.

Polaris

Ages 7 - 17 Years
Polaris is an invitational-only TNT class for athletes who are ready for more focused, advanced training. Placement in this class is by coach recommendation.

Galaxy Team Silver, Bronze, and Gold 

Ages 7 - 15 Years
The Galaxy Team program is designed for committed gymnasts who want to train with greater intensity. Invitational athletes meet twice per week and work toward higher-level progressions.

Competitive Girls Gymnastics Program

Ages 7 - 15 Years
For dedicated athletes ready to compete at regional and national levels, Silver Stars offers a full competitive team track. Families interested in the competitive program can submit an inquiry form directly to the coaching staff.
