For preschool classes yes a parent or guardian must remain in the facility. For all other classes you're welcome to leave but please make sure to pick up your gymnast on time when class ends.
Gymnasts may make up a maximum of one class per session. Make-ups must be completed by the end of the registered session and scheduled in advance with the office starting in week 2. We recommend scheduling as soon as possible as spots become limited toward the end of the session. Make-ups cannot be transferred to another session or gymnast. No credits or refunds are given for missed classes. Special for Summer 2025 Session 6: Unlimited make-up classes are available! Make-ups must be scheduled one at a time and spots are based on availability. If a gymnast no-shows more than twice without notifying our Customer Care Team no additional make-ups will be issued.
We do not pro-rate refund or carry forward fees for missed classes. Gymnasts must attend class at their registered location. No credits or refunds are given for classes not attended and no refunds are given for cancellations.
Please don't bring valuables or money as we're not responsible for lost items. Cell phones and other electronics are not permitted in the gym area.
Our classes are designed for all skill levels. Beginner and intermediate gymnasts are grouped by age while advanced gymnasts are grouped by skill level.
